Vera Brannen is director of the agency. Her personal expertise involves bridging the gap between usability and e-branding. She follows the holistic approach of intertwining technology and branding with the primary goal of fulfilling the user’s specific needs and expectations while operating in accord with the company’s business and branding strategies.

She is a member of both the British and German Usability Professionals’ Association. In 2007, she served as vice president and the previous year as press speaker of the German Chapter.

With her lively, passionate and practice’ orientated approach, Vera is a welcome speaker at conferences and has written numerous articles.

The GC UPA also serves as the umbrella organization for World Usability Day - a worldwide annual event to increase usability awareness among companies, professionals and the public.
